What Advice Would You Give The Next Generation Of Girls?

The most important thing is to set goals and make sure you achieve them. Inevitably you will face difficulties along the way, however, it is important to never give up. By taking on new challenges, you develop and build your independence.

What Are Your Top Self-Care Tips? How Do You Relax?

After work, when I need a moment to prepare myself for the next day, I go for a ride on my bike. This allows me to wind down and think about the challenges of everyday life and how to overcome them.

Once a year I go away with my family for a long holiday which allows me to recharge myself for the next few months.

How Do You Balance Work And Life Responsibilities? What Sacrifices Have You Made?

I believe that there are different stages in our lives and we have different goals in each of them. If we clearly define what is important to us and what we want to achieve at any given stage, we will not treat it as a sacrifice.

Having had a son two years ago, the most important thing for me was to spend time with him. At the time I did not consider the postponement of my professional development as a sacrifice.

Now that my son is older, I spend more time at work and completing additional training sessions. This gives me a sense of fulfilment and brings me closer to my goal to succeed in my career. To maintain a work-life balance it is necessary to live according to oneself and one’s beliefs.

What’s Your Purpose In Life?

My professional goal is personal development and increasing my managerial competency. However, my overall life goal is to have a job that provides me with satisfaction whilst also allowing me to fulfil my dreams.

How Do You Feel About Getting Older?

The experience I gain every year makes me feel better – it builds up my self-confidence and gives me independence.

What Has Been Your Biggest Life Lesson So Far?

I feel as if I have already had so many lessons in life! As a young manager I made a lot of mistakes. The most important thing is to be able to learn from these mistakes to avoid the same situation happening again in the future. This will make it far easier to succeed.

What 2 Things Do You Do To Build Your Confidence?

Many factors influence my self-confidence. Both in my personal life and at work, before I make a decision, I consider all the pros and cons but I do not hesitate to act.

If something can be done right away, I do it and have trust in myself. If it turns out that the decision was not the right one, I make changes and try again.
