How To Feel Healthier And Happier  this time of year, with the dark evenings and cold days, can make you feel less than energised.  Read 20 simple tips for a healthier and happier you.

  1. Drink lots of water with a pinch of pink Himalayan salt
  2. Enjoy the little things in life
  3. Eat 2 more portions of vegetables a day than you do already
  4. Give more hugs and smile
  5. Meditate and practice yoga
  6. Avoid processed food
  7. Scrape your tongue every morning before you brush your teeth
  8. Dry body brush and massage your skin every morning to stimulate your lymphatic system
  9. Give some time and love to someone who needs it
  10. Do not judge or compare yourself to others
  11. Go to bed earlier
  12. Read a good book or listen to a mindfulness meditation
  13. Think more positive thoughts about yourself and others
  14. Don’t dwell on the past, turn it into art
  15. Wear clothes that make you happy
  16. Don’t put things off
  17. Listen to peaceful music
  18. Live in a tidy space
  19. Remember all the efforts you are making now will pay off in the end
  20. Go outside in nature and move more
