We bang on about self-care but the older I’ve got, the more I realise how important it actually is. If I don’t take care of myself, I stop being my best & life feels exhausting. So I’m committing to building a little time for me into each day. Try it – see how much better you feel.

Yep it does say BEFORE. We’ve been talking on Instagram about having big dreams, big thoughts, lots of motivation and then the excuses kick in. Do you feel ready? Hell No! But sometimes we have to move forward and not wait for everything to be perfect.
How Are You Pushing Yourself Out Of Your Comfort Zone?
How do you feel about public speaking or doing a presentation at work? It’s something I find nerve-wracking but something I want to get better at and more comfortable with (tips below). This is a goal I’ve set myself and when an opportunity came up the other week to talk at an event I jumped at it. Nervous? Yep but loved it! Are you pushing yourself out of your comfort zone?
